Power doesn’t seem to be a problem in Goi or the nearby settlements because they are all connected to the national grid, along with the Songhor Salt mining sites.However, there isn’t any electricity at the location right now because it is not in use. A tiny town water project in the Goi Community provides the locals with clean water.

Neighborhood Analysis

Land use fronting the main road from Sege to the site is primarily agrarian, natural and undeveloped, while residential and other community uses occupy land to the north and south of this main thoroughfare. Goi is primarily a salt mining community, characterized by the beautiful coastline, the Songhor Lagoon and salt processing facilities. The Ada estuary, where the Volta lake and the gulf of Guinea meet and also the proposed new airport near Prampram are just 20 minutes drive to the site.
